Please allow at least 15 working days for delivery the day after picture day. Working days do not include weekends and holidays.
If you take your pictures outside of your school's picture day, please allow at least 15-20 working days and you will be contacted directly once it is ready.
Preserve Your Memories
Pictures/Packages are delivered directly to teachers unless the school states otherwise. Teachers distribute the packages to the students directly. If you do not receive your order on delivery day, please ask the teacher first if they have them. If they do not, please contact us immediately at (442) 236-1394

If you do not receive your pictures within 3 days after delivery to the school please call us at (442) 236-1394. Once you receive your pictures/package you will have 15 days after the delivery date to make a claim or start a refund. Claims and refunds are subjected to our RETURNS & POLICIES
