You have 15 days after the delivery date to make a return. 


  • If you are unsatisfied with your pictures, we can reprint your package with a different pose or we can return your payment when you return of the package bought. Please contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangement for the return

If you need a return of payment, our policy is to return the payment via check only. We do not return money using zelle or other electronic payment. 


  • This form is the most secure for both parties. Before we start a return of payment, we will need all the information regarding

-School name

-Grade & Teacher

-Student first & last name

-Package bought

-Payment information

-And any information about the return


  • Please note that you must provide us with the important information to have a return of payment. If you cannot provide the information, we cannot return a payment. Please contact us directly for this matter.

ORDERING CLAIMS

You have 15 days after the delivery date to make a claim.


  • We process the orders with the information given to us in the ordering flyer/envelope. It is important to clearly write the needed information to process your order correctly. We try our best to contact the school/teacher and the parent if we cannot read/understand any important information on the ordering form. 


  • If there is a misspelled name/last name in your order please allow us 5-10 working days to correct and deliver the incorrect item. Fall ID's with incorrect names cannot be redone unless with the permission of the school. We use the school student name data for Fall picture day and cannot make changes to that data. 


  • If the payment does not match the package ordered, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot get a hold of you for this issue, a package that matches the payment received will be processed instead.

 

  • For packages that are turned in directly to students (for example 8th grade promotion pictures) once checked and handed to the students, we will not reprint or remake the package if the student damages it after they receive it. We remind students to carry caution with their package and that they are responsible once they receive their package.

  • If you pay with zelle, it is important to fill out all the information in the ordering form and turn it into the photographer on picture day. Zelle is a form of paying only. Paying through zelle is like paying with your bank account except we cannot see your banking information. Zelle is not a form of ordering. It is important to put the correct zelle confirmation number in order for your payment to be verified & package processed. If you pay with zelle, but do not turn in a ordering form to the photographer or company representative, we cannot process your order.


  • If the payment does not match the package ordered, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot get a hold of you for this issue, a package that matches the payment received will be processed instead.


  • If we receive an envelope that is opened or damaged and there is an incomplete payment inside, we will contact you to resolve the payment. Please remind your student to not open the envelope with the payment inside.

We try our best with each student that they come out looking their best. Each student is unique in their own way and we try to accomodate them as best as we can


  • Students with glasses will be asked if they want to take their picture WITH OR WITHOUT their glasses unless specified with a note in front of the ordering form. We try our best to adjust the student and our equipment to avoid glare on the glasses. There are some glasses that have a special coating/lens that glare is very difficult to avoid. Please remind your student to take off their glasses if you want to avoid glare on the glasses. If you choose to keep the glasses on and do not like the glare on the portraits ordered please note that we will refund your package minus $10.00 for the waiver of claims fee. 


  • We pose and encourage students to smile during their picture time. If the student does not want to cooperate or refuses to be posed, we try our best with what the student allows. We ask the teacher for help or any staff member that your student is comfortable with to help with your student's picture posing. If you are unsatisfied with the way your student came out, please note that we did our best to photograph your student.

  • We cannot guarantee that every student will come out in the yearbook. If they miss and are not photographed during fall and retakes, then they will run the risk of not having their school picture come out in the yearbook. Please notify the school if your student misses both picture days before  February for possible arrangements could be made to include your student.
